Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
8 small tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lime, juiced
Instructions
1. Mix all spices in a bowl.
2. Pat shrimp dry and toss with the spice mixture.
3. Heat skillet over medium-high and add olive oil.
4. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until blackened.
5. Warm tortillas while shrimp cooks.
6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
7. Whisk sour cream with lime juice to create lime crema.
8. Drizzle lime crema over tacos and serve.
Notes
Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
