Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

8 small tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup sour cream

1 lime, juiced


Instructions

1. Mix all spices in a bowl.

2. Pat shrimp dry and toss with the spice mixture.

3. Heat skillet over medium-high and add olive oil.

4. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until blackened.
