Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup honey BBQ sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup coleslaw mix
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
2. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
4. Brush with honey BBQ sauce in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
5. Slice chicken into strips.
6. Warm tortillas on the griddle for 30 seconds per side.
7. Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, slaw mix, and ranch.
8. Serve warm.
