Description

A simple chicken crispy honey recipe that’s sweet, crunchy, and perfect for quick family dinners.


Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breasts

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Vegetable oil (for frying)

1/2 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Pat chicken dry and cut into pieces.

2. Mix flour with seasonings.

3. Double-dip chicken: flour, egg, flour.

4. Heat oil to 350°F and fry until golden.

5. Simmer sauce ingredients.

6. Toss fried chicken in warm honey sauce.

7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Double-dipping creates thicker coating.

Place on wire rack to stay crispy.
