Description

This vibrant, naturally sweetened lemonade combines fresh lemon juice and raw honey for a refreshing drink with a perfect balance of tart and floral sweetness. Chilled or over ice, it’s an easy, immunity-boosting beverage ideal for warm days.

Ingredients

8-10 Lemons, Use organic, hand-squeezed juice
1 cup Raw Honey, Substitute agave nectar or maple syrup
10 cups Water, Split into 5 cups warm and 5 cups cold
Pinch Salt, Optional
Ice Cubes, As needed, substitute with sorbet if dairy-free
Fresh Mint, Optional, for garnish

Instructions

Gather a juicer, large pitcher, mesh strainer, and measuring cups
Hand-squeeze lemons to collect juice and seeds
Strain lemon pulp through a fine mesh to remove fibers
Pour 5 cups warm water over honey, stirring until fully dissolved
Add strained lemon juice, remaining 5 cups cold water, and salt to the pitcher
Refrigerate柠檬ade for 30 minutes to blend flavors

Notes

Organic lemons yield the brightest flavor
Warm water dissolves honey efficiently without overheating
Cold-pressed juice prevents bitterness
Optional mint can be muddled for more flavor
Store unused lemonade in the fridge for up to 3 days
