Ingredients
1 cup ripe papaya, diced
1/2 cup orange juice (fresh or bottled)
1/4 cup pineapple chunks (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
Ice cubes (optional)
Honey or agave, to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Add diced papaya to a blender with orange juice and optional pineapple.
2. Pour in lime juice and cold water or coconut water.
3. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey or agave if desired.
4. Serve chilled or over ice.
