Description
This salmon recipe for keto diet is buttery, crisp on the outside, and packed with healthy fats ready in 15 minutes and totally carb-free.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on)
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon zest
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat skillet over medium-high, add butter and garlic.
3. Once garlic is fragrant, place salmon skin-side down in the skillet.
4. Cook 4–5 minutes without moving to crisp skin.
5. Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
6. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
Notes
Pairs well with zucchini, avocado, or cauliflower mash.
Store leftovers in fridge for 2 days.
Add spice with chili flakes or smoky sauce.
